What if my order is sent back to the original sender?

We are not responsible for mis-delivered packages due to an incorrect or undeliverable shipping address being entered by the customer. Please make sure all shipping info is correct before placing your order.

If your order is returned to us, we will reach out to you via email to confirm your correct shipping address. Please ensure to follow up with us within seven days of receiving the email with your revised shipping address. Failure to communicate within this timeframe will result in your order being shipped to your billing address.

What if my order is lost or stolen?

Greek Street or Julianne Originals Greek  is NOT responsible or liable for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered to the address entered at checkout. If the tracking shows the package has been delivered but not received by the recipient, we encourage you to check with neighbors/family/friends to make sure they did not receive the package by mistake. From there, we encourage you to file a missing mail claim with USPS. 

What if my item is damaged?

If you receive an item that is damaged either through Shipping you have 10 days from the date the item was delivered to report any damages to Greek Street or JO Greek.

You must report this directly to Greek Street and provide clear photos of the damaged area. Item(s) must be unworn and unwashed. Eligibility for a refund will be decided upon by providing proof.

How do I care for my item?

We recommend washing your garment inside out, in cold water to protect the longevity of your print and/or embroidery. If using tumble dry, we recommend a low heat setting.
